As you know Graceland Cabins is my day today business behind the scenes I have my real estate investing business  AKA my retirement company.

We develop home and land packages and sell to individuals, using the capital we create from the home and land flips to grow our portfolio, purchasing cabin/ mobile home communities, apartment buildings & developing metal Barndominiums communities. We do it all with a very specific set of criterias. We focus on Equity growth through hard forced appreciation with our new construction barndo home and land flips, using the cash created from the flips to invest in real estate that cash flows monthly, while also maximizing equity growth through forced appreciation on the buy and hold side as well , buying properties that are already cash flowing with room for development. The strategies we use are designed to create tax-free wealth for our investors and our families.
